BENEFIT 3rd Management Meeting

Within the activities of the BENEFIT (Boosting Innovation in Education and Research of Precision Agriculture in Palestine) Project, the Management committee meets in Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra during Thursday 26^th,Friday 27^th May 2022.

The meeting was held with local universities (AL QUDS OPEN UNIVERSITY (QOU), An-Najah National University (ANNU), Palestine Technical University Kadoorie (PTUK), Al-Istiqlal University (PASS), Hebron University (HU) & University College of Applied Sciences (UCAS)). With the partners from Europe (the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra (SPU), University of Patras (UPAT), University of Ruse (RUAK), institute of Technology and Business in the Czech Republic (VSTE)).

The management meeting were discussed the following activities:

Development Work package

The achievement of syllabus and content learning material development.
Agree and approve on TORs (final addition).
Agree on deployment phase implementation in terms of required steps and period.

Evaluation and Quality Assurance Work package:

Overview evaluation of the project, in terms of (quality of the of outputs, , evaluate the training material and dissemination activities, evaluation of the activities, monitoring progress, flow of information and communication among partners how to mitigate problems and changes if raised during the previous period.)
Planned and expected quality activities.
Evaluating the management meeting by the end of the second day.

Dissemination Work package

Provide an overview of the main dissemination activities in line with the application form and the dissemination plan.
Establish and launch MOOC Educational Platform.
Expected activities (promotional videos, on site awareness campaign, BENEFIT incubator, Piloting,)
Awareness activities.
Incubator
Common Research to be implemented and presented in journals and or/ conferences.
Problem and challenges raised during the implementation of the project.
