Hebron University – College of Agriculture implementing a training course in the field of environmental agriculture

Hebron University – College of Agriculture, in coordination with Al-Ard for Agriculture
Development, and in partnership with the Agricultural Vocational Training Center “Al-
Masdar” and the Local Seeds Bank, implemented a training course in the field of
Environmental Agriculture targeted more than 40 students from the College of
Agriculture from various academic levels.

The university indicated that this specialized training in the field of environmental
agriculture, which targeted the college students, is a qualitative addition to the
development of student’s skills, and expansion of the required concepts and knowledge,
since environmental agriculture is a process of using precision agriculture through the use
of Smart agricultural concepts among farmers, and as a continuation of the various
practical agricultural applications programs that students need to ensure their graduation
with high quality and efficiency, In order to keep up with the changes required for the
labor market

This training comes as a continuation of the activities carried out by the College of
Agriculture within the BENEFIT project which is funded by the European Union, Erasmus
Plus.
